Our Team establishes and maintains an integrated program management system that plans, directs, integrates, and controls the administrative, management, technical, logistical, financial, production, and support functions. Our project managers define and manage a flexible, executable development approach that takes full advantage of acquisition streamlining and reform initiatives. Additionally, we accommodate customer insight into our technical performance, risk management, and program control. We coordinate with the Program Management Offices, Functional Managers, local system engineers, and other contractor personnel for all management efforts. Management support includes Program Management, Configuration Management, Security Management, and Quality Control.
